Hi! Welcome to my blog! 🙂 Here you will find stories about my life, and learn a little about what I’ve gone through these past years, navigating multiple chronic illnesses! I have Lyme disease, CIRS (toxic mold exposure), and while treating the CIRS, I developed severe allergies and sensitivities to most foods, resulting in mast cell activation syndrome. You can read more about my mold health journey in the My Mold Experience drop down menu, and see some of my favorite low-carb foods to make in the recipes drop down menu.
Recently I began the Dynamic Neural Retraining Systems program, to help my ever growing list of food sensitives, as well as my multiple chemical sensitivities. I’ve had amazing success, first with the DVDs, and then with the in-person seminar. All of my food sensitivities are now gone, and I can be around chemicals with no reaction! It’s been the most rewarding experience of my life, using the DNRS program to heal my brain and get my life back under my control. You can click here to learn more about my DNRS journey.
You should also know that I absolutely LOVE the color green, I’m obsessed with rain, and I really enjoy making videos and documenting my life! I have a YouTube channel where I frequently post videos, and I’m very active on Instagram.
